David Morales is the owner and primary inspector at DM Home Inspections. David is is licensed in Louisiana and Texas. He graduated from the University of Texas at Dallas with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. He has been involved in various segments of the home improvement industry for over 20 years.
David is certified by the Louisiana State Board of Home Inspectors, license #10627 and by the Texas Real Estate Commision license # 9042. David continually exceeds the required 16 hours of continuing credit education (CCE's) to keep updated on the ever changing codes and regulations. He strives to be well informed of all the latest technologies in home construction.
